i am looking for an honest respectful roommate to share my 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath house with. i had the house built less than 2 years ago so everything is new and in great working order. central heat and ac, washer dryer on second floor, nice backyard with grill, parking, two separate living areas to enjoy and utilities included. i prefer to go month to month but will consider longer lease terms for the right person.
you will have private bedroom with ceiling fan and bathroom right next door. linen closet in hall for extra storage. large kitchen with plenty of storage and walk in pantry.
i do have a young energetic dog but she is well behaved so a dog friendly roommate is a must! i would consider you bringing a dog if you have one as long as it is well behaved and the two get along. no cats though.
i work in retail and have varying hours but do work a lot of early mornings and plenty of weekend time. i am very respectful of your personal space and just ask that common areas are kept clean.
