hi, i am a male who is willing to rent to male or female. i own a 1200sqft 3 bedroom house. i only occupy one of the 3 bedrooms. you are welcome to used the extra room if you need to store some of your things. i am looking to rent immediately. i go to school fulltime in the day and i work fulltime at night, so i am hardly at home. $450 a month will cover everthing. i do have high-speed road runner internet, and time warner cable. there are not any time restrictions. it's fine if you would like to rent month to month or have a 6/12 month least agreement. as long as you don't bring drugs into my house, i'm not picky at all when it comes to renting to someone. i just need to know that you can afford to pay your rent on time every month. that is most important. i do prefer that, if you smoke, you smoke outside. the house is two minutes from buffaloe rd exit off of highway 540. i am near knightdale
