i have a 1bedroom/1bath unit in a 4b/4b apartment. i am trying to move asap so i need someone to take over my room until july 31. the lease can be extended further than july if you wish.

there are currently 2 other roommates. both are last year students at ncsu and one is a working professional. they are really great people. clean, quiet, fun but keep mostly to themselves.

the apartment features a private bath & bedroom. there is also a spacious kitchen, living and dining room.

the rent price includes all utilities (water, sewage, trash, electricity and cable). there is a washer/dryer in the apartment and the complex is pet friendly. other ammenities that the apartment complex features is: fitness center, pool, clubhouse, tanning salon and basketball courts.

apartment is close to the raleigh cat bus and the wolfline to go to state.
