275 + utilities, 250 deposit1 bedroom and private bathroom (attached) in a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom apartment shared with female student for summer. quiet, tidy, nice.
(the lease says 375/mo for rent, but i have to leave in may for a job, so if you go ahead and sign papers to take over my lease, i will pay my landlord $300 for the rest of the summer so that you only pay $275/mo for may, june and july. if you need to move in a few weeks into may or in june, then if you sign paperwork this week, i will prorate may for you. (you pay whatever fraction of may that you move in for.) this pricing only available for those who want to rent for at least two months. the price for someone who only wants one month over the summer is $450+utilities)
apartment: private bed/bath, 1/2 bath downstairs, full kitchen, washer/dryer in apt., dishwasher, spacious (bedroom probably 15x15), patio, pool in complex, laundromat in complex, office on site, garbage disposal in sink.
location: 10-15 minute walk from ncsu centennial campus, 1 minute walk to 3 different bus stops servicing both cat and ncsu wolfline bus routes. 10-15 minute walk from restaurants, movie theater, pharmacy, grocery store, dmv, post office, etc. (bus routes go there, too, if you're feeling lazy).
rent with electric and water would rarely be more than 350/mo at 275+utilities. the apartment is in great condition, i rent from a private owner and they keep things in great condition. very comfortable.
