i have a 2 bedroom apartment by crabtree mall that i am looking for a roommate. my roommate currently is moving out august 1st. she is paying rent for august so if you move in anytime that month rent will not be due until september 1st. the deposit is already paid so that will not be needed.
my apartment complex does not allow subleasing so you will need to be on the lease with me. the application fee is $50. they do a background check and a credit check. i will not have access to your information only the aprtment complex will.
it is $350 a month and a $1 trash fee.
i have 2 cats.

i would like to find a female or a gay male to take over the other half of the rent.
