we will send pictures of the property upon request. we are looking for someone who will pay their rent on time usually at the first of the month, we are asking for a $200 deposit. we ask that you be lgbt friendly, and there is 3 of us that live here. we all work and 2 of us go to school full time. we ask that you be clean and dependable as well as trustworthy. there is a dog on the property and we can work with another dog/cat. depending on rather they get along or not. our dog is extremely friendly, as well as us. we don't mind smokers we just ask that you do it outside. we don't really drink either but to each it's own. first come first serve basis. you will have access to everything in the house for that price, food is also included.
