unfurnished room with private bath available in 2 br, 2 bath apartment at "the reserve at lake lynn” in north raleigh, near the intersection of leesville rd and lynne rd.

"the reserve at lake lynn" is right on lake lynn, with a close view of the lake and walking trail around it. it is also conveniently located next to the office and pool. the complex is well maintained and has very nice community amenities, including a well-equipped fitness facility. there is more than adequate parking. the 10' x 13' room is unfurnished (does have a couch and chair currently), has a view of the lake and trail, has a decent sized closet (not walk-in) and has its own bath. the apartment was remodeled right before i moved in, may of last year, including all new kitchen appliances, cabinetry and fixtures. both bathrooms were remodeled and it has new carpet and fresh paint. all residents must complete an application with bell partners who manage the complex, at a cost of $50. criminal convictions preclude occupancy.

i am a 53 year old professional working in the it industry. i work 8 - 5, m - f and am quite active. i'm interested in health and fitness in addition to a myriad of other things. i enjoy meeting people and enjoy conversation with all types of people, but i respect others' privacy. i'm tolerant of other people's viewpoints and choices. i tend to keep a pretty tidy home and value this trait in others. i would respect a roommate's property and space and expect the same.
