the 2 bedroom, one level apartment is located off north hills drive and hillock. the room is 11x15, unfurnished with 2 large closets. it has its own bathroom and a shared shower. the complex has a pool (100' away), gym and is very close to 440, crabtree valley mall, north hills mall and downtown raleigh.

i am a 45 year old, professional, single, straight male and work from 8-5. i am clean, chill and quiet. the living room is 12x23 and its completely furnished with a large screen hdtv, surround sound, satellite, xbox 360, netflix, amazon prime video, hulu plus, wifi and an awesome huge sectional couch and ottoman. washer and dryer in the unit.

rent will be $550/month for everything.
