i have an un-furnished room for rent in my town-home, located in the 27616 zip code area. this town home is very spacious and has three separate levels. the common area includes the living room with a gas fireplace, eat in kitchen, � bath, washer and dryer access, and upper outside deck. i am renting the lower level room that is very private, which has its own entrance-way, a privacy door to the bedroom and a door separating the living quarters from the common area. this suite has its own attached full shower/tub bathroom and a large walk in closet. the bedroom is very spacious and has a great view facing a beautifully wooded area, including its own lower level outdoor patio. smoking permitted on the outside deck and lower level outdoor patio. an assigned parking space is included. swimming pool and tennis court accommodations provided.the monthly rent is $500.00 and is due on the first of every month. the security deposit is $200.00. first lease will be for six months and can be renewed on an annual basis. rent includes free internet/wifi and basic cable. the utilities (gas, water, electricity) are separate, to be split between occupants.
