hi my name is maria and i need someone to take over my lease for a room on gorman street. great location especially if you go to school because of the nearby bus stop. the security deposit is $250 and you'll be able to get that back by mid july next year when your lease runs out, unless you want to renew your lease. the rent is $500 per month but, it includes utilities (electricity and water). there is parking available near the apartment and you register your car details with the office. this room is only available for females because you share a common space of living room, washer and dryer, and kitchen with two other girls. you will have your own private room, closet, and bathroom with a shower and smoking is not allowed inside but outside smoking is permitted. please contact me as soon as possible because it is available for immediate move in. if you are interested i can send you more details about the application requirements and set a date to meet. the application is $55 and the lease takeover fee is $500. please call and we'll go over everything.
