this is a split level house in north raleighpictures of the upstairs are provided...........
private bedroom in quiet house . close to 540 and 440. walking distance to shopping and restaurants.the shared bathroom is split into two areas ;one part has the bathtub/shower and can be locked while the other person is using the other side which has the toilet and sink.this feature has made it easy for two persons to get ready at the same time and not get in each others way.
this has worked well with the men that had been living there and one of which is now getting a place of his own.. ......you will be sharing with the man that is still there. he is very tidy and considerate of your privacy.
the downstairs is occupied and that person has his own entry and does not use the upstairs as he has a kitchenette, living room and everything he needs to be comfortable.
the house has just been cleaned after the last tenant moved out and ready for move in.
what you will need :
**you must have 1st months rent of $575 and a deposit of $575 a total of $1150 before moving in. also i will need to do a criminal background check as well as credit check. utilities are included ,however cable/internet is not.
i prefer long term or at least 3 months to get used to it ,however am offering this is month to month thereafter so if you are not happy with the arrangement then you are not stuck, however i require a 30 day written notice of your intention to vacate or you will lose the deposit.
no pets! cleanliness and respect of personal space is a requirement, shoes come off at the door. if you can't do this please do not contact me.
