working professional, looking to rent out a room in a condominium in wakefield plantation. located just south of wake forest in north raleigh.below are some of the requirements but i am flexible:
looking for someone with a similar work schedule (8a-5p, 9 - 6pm )
i work in public health and eat healthy so i'm looking for someone with similar lifestyle behaviors.
prefer female non smoker and someone without pets due to allergies.
the $400 rent + utilities.
one bedroom is available (located upstairs) on the second floor with a shared shower.
the house is located 25 -- 30 minutes from major universities (i.e.- duke, unc, nc central, wake tech, nc state), major shopping (i.e.- triangle town center, north hills malls, crabtree valley mall) and downtown raleigh.
amenities in wakefield plantation for community use include (fees may apply): golf course, tennis courts, swimming pool. also close to ymca.
looking for someone to move in nov 1st, 2015. length of time is through march 1st, 2016. i am willing to rent for a shorter period of time depending on need.
