• we are looking for "one single" who is nice, clean, neat, quiet, considerate, self-discipline, serious, can or has the ability to pay rent on time, responsible and will care about the place as much as we do since the common area of this beautiful single family residence or house (sfr) is shared.
• prefer no "frequent" or "late night" guest (relatives/siblings/friends) especially stay overnight and stay alone in house without advance notice. but if you have family, relatives, or close friends to visit you once in a while or stay overnight within a short period of time, it is acceptable and we appreciated advance notice is made to make better arrangement if necessary.
• non-smoking, non-alcoholic, & non-drug (illegal) addictive. (sorry!)
• non-party animal, drama, & slobs. (sorry!)
• no pets allowed. (sorry!)
