hi there! my current roommate is relocating to another city and so their room is available starting july 1st. the room is part of a spacious 2bedroom apt, w/ large shared bathroom, kitchen, living and dining room.the room is fully equipped with a television, cable, internet, air conditioning, full-size bed, mirror,dressers, tables, and shelving. all utility costs are included in the monthly rent. subway, buses, and lirr train is easily accessible.
i'm looking for a roommate who is responsible, non disruptive, no drugs, non smoking, always pays rent on time, and cleans up after themselves especially in communal spaces. i'm quite clean and tidy. i do require to share the household chores, cause fair is fair. i am pretty easy going, but i do have my limits, so naturally the least amount of drama possible would be highly appreciated! :)
i am a female working professional with two jobs. i consider myself to be a friendly, approachable, and open minded person. i don't smoke, don't do drugs, and am considerate of your space. rarely do i have a friend over because when i come home its just to sleep and relax after working long hours. love to spend my spare time with family and friends, and especially binge watching netflix. my hobbies include travel, attending music festivals and sporting events, going out to restaurants and speakeasy bars, and when time allows volunteering at a dog shelter.
