i am looking for someone to take over my part of the lease of a 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhouse. the master bedroom has a walkin closet,and its own bedroom. my portion of rent is 547.50, there would be no deposits that you would have to pay, the only other cost would be the price for the credit check through alderra which i believe is something like $40

there are 2 roomates and they have the smaller bedroom, they pay. 2/3s of the utilites and water so you would only have to pay 1/3.

if you wanted to bring an animal, my roomates wouldnt have a problem with it since they love animals, you would have to pay a pet deposit though, and if it is a dof it cant weigh any more than 20lbs

im horrible at taking pictures of rooms, so i grabbed a copy of the floorplan, but if you want a real picture i can take some

i need to find someone by july 1st as i cant afford the rent for next month, as that is said, i am willing to pay $150 towards july's rent. so the move in cost would be $397.50 plus the credit check/application fee
