the house is newly renovated and located in a nice neighborhood in purchase, ny (next to white plains, ny and greenwich, ct) across the street from suny purchase college and down the street from manhattanville college.
i'm looking for someone who is responsible, low-profile, self-sufficient, clean, non-smoking, and without children or pets.
