room for rent starting june 1st! the lease will go until june 2016. i originally planned to renew but now i'm moving and my roommates need someone to move in asap. i'm going to miss this house so much! this room is the biggest one (except there is no closet) i used the living room closet and a few dressers. i would be willing to leave behind a wardrobe if needed (for free) & it's the room that is pictured with the fan. it is right down the road from ric and 5 minutes to downtown providence/mall/etc. this is perfect for a college student or young professional. $400/month for rent & utilities usually range from $30-$70. 3 bedrooms/2nd floor shared living room, kitchen and bathroom huge driveway and backyard wifi included in rent dishwasher! laundry in the basement awesome landlord!
