i am thinking about taking on a room mate to share the expenses. my apartment is a 2 bedroom and safe place. the only problem is i am leery of a male room mate because in past experience males tend to start peeing contest with me. so i am thinking of taking on a female room mate. i am easy going and easy to get along with as long as i am not being pushed around and yelled at. i am willing to share what i have if you are willing to pay half of the bills. you must be an day person because i am up early most days and go to bed around 11 or later. i do not drive because of medical reasons so you will have to be self sufficient with that. i like most kinds of music except rap and screaming and heavy metal. you must be a kind and considerate and caring person. and you must be able to get along with my small dog toughy. he likes to play constantly and he loves women. we must be able to agree on a set of basic rules that we discuss and come up with. you must share in the upkeep of the apartment. if you do your best for me i will do my best for you and we will get along great. you must have personal references from reputable people. and you must have a steady legal income of some sort. i don't mind if you drink as long as you are not an alcoholic and as long as you don't get stupid with it. and you must not be a smoker. christian is the only religion i will tolerate so if you are satanist budist muslim or what ever else you need not apply.to find out what kind of person i am you can read my poetry on poetrysoup.com you can look me up on facebook. . thank you
