looking for a roommate to fill a two bedroom apartment apartment. you will get the bigger room in the apartment, you will also get the walk in closet, one bathroom to share, updated kitchen, and little deck for the summer to sit on. looking for a female preferably. you will have to pass a credit check, and a background check for the landlord. it is located in a good area of pottstown and in a condo building on the 3rd floor. rent is 900$ split between the two rooms. utilities are usually 70$-100$ for electric and we have direct tv it is 30$ per roommate. please let me know asap if you are interested.
