o more than 20 x 40 backyard (easily seats 16 people) lots of trees, two cherry trees, and veggie gardens, large corner-planter bench with a fire pit (for making s'mores), covered double swing, a patio table with umbrella (seats 4), and a covered patio table (seats 6)
o front yard has several dozen beautiful rose bushes (they smell great, too)!

o must pass a criminal background check (i pay for it)
o possibility of a small dog (i'm home all day)
• neighborhood: watch the fireworks and christmas ships right from the river!

o near upper north and northeast portland as well as the max park & ride

o about 4 miles to cascade community college and 6 miles to university of portland
o the c-tran takes you to vancouver (about 10 minutes) less than 3 miles to clark county community college
