i have 1 bedroom of a 2 bedroom apartment available (890 sq feet total). located in the sunnyside neighborhood close to the hawthorne and belmont districts. bus lines 14/15 are within a 2 minute walk from the unit, downtown is less than a 10 minute drive away.

kitchen has a garbage disposal and appliances (dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave). i'll have several shelves in the living room available for you to store books/games/movies etc. on-site parking is available, but there's also plenty of street parking.

i'm 23, have a steady job, and am 420 friendly. i'm generally cool with guests (i have friends over occasionally and will usually have a game night/tv watch party weekly, but no large parties).

rent is $750 monthly, and utilities usually come out to about $50.
