seeking male, twenty-something roommate to rent the larger room in two bedroom and shared bath apartment in the goose hollow plaza building. specifically student only housing and student status would have to be verified with chnw (college housing northwest) before acceptance. what i'm looking for: full-time student or part-time with job is a must. even better if family is helping pay rent while your in school, actually, this would be preferable. stability is key here. need reliable, consistent, and verifiable source of income. must pay rent on time every month, no exceptions. someone who is quiet, keeps to themselves, and is a serious student. very clean and drama-free living. i believe the home should be an environment that is a place to escape and relax for all parties involved. must be able to mutually respect space and belongings (i will not enter your room without your permission, i expect the same respect. that goes for most belongings as well unless spoken about otherwise). artsy people are welcome! chores will be split up between us each week as well as the task of buying cleaning/practical house supplies. i currently have a couch and lazy boy chair in living room but unfortunately no kitchen table, tv, things of that nature and if you are able to help furnish the apartment that would be tremendously helpful.located downtown in the relaxed goose hollow neighborhood of sw portland. easy access to public transportation with many bus lines nearby as well as the convienantly located only a few blocks away. $720 a month, $250 deposit, utilities included except for internet and electric which will be split evenly.
