you:
late 20’s or older. easy to get along with and very open minded. not too too much of a partier, but like to have a good time. hopefully creative or appreciative of creative endeavors. like dogs (there’s one small dog), but don’t have any of your own. i would prefer to live with a female, it’s been easier to maintain a harmonious shared space situation in my experience. i will consider another guy if it feels like a vey good fit.

me:
actor/writer/content creator. i am currently shooting a web series and sometimes shoot at the house. i tend to be around a lot at the moment, but that may change soon. pretty easygoing, but definitely am big on respecting each other’s space. 420 friendly.

the house/room:
it is a decent sized unit in a duplex with hardwoods, a yard, and laundry in the basement. there is comcast internet and cable (addicted to hbo shows). the bedroom is on the east side of the house and well endowed with windows so there is a good deal of morning sunlight when it’s sunny. it has a door directly to the kitchen where there is a side door entrance and is also right next to the bathroom. there is currently a futon bed, nightstand, and desk in the room which may be used if needed, but can be moved out if you have your own furniture.

this is an intimate little duplex unit so it is essential that we get along and are able to have open, respectful dialogue when necessary.
