My Room is now available for $800 a month as of today. It is near Hwy 26 and NW 185th West of Portland, Oregon near Beaverton and Hillsboro.

I am Flexible and can accept weekly payments or on renter’s paydays whichever works best. (beginning 2nd month) I can only accept one renter.

There is no room for children. Pets aren’t allowed, per my lease with my landlord I am willing to share food. I need to go to Food Pantries to stock up. All utilities are covered by me. Room includes Cable TV, DVR, Internet and WiFi.

That is about $375 in savings each month.
