light and comfy furnished room in my home 600 per month with 50 a month for utilities, toilet paper, and laundry soap. terms are first, last & $300 cleaning/security deposit on a minimum stay of 3 to 6 months initially and then month to month after. so the total move in is $1500. the house is one level ranch style with swimming pool, and washer & dryer with parking off and on street, with no reserved parking. wifi throughout the house, tv in living room and larger family room, or have your own tv in your room.the address is near to grocery, restaurants, city bus, and a short walk to the trimet max line. close to several parks where you can fish, hike in the fresh air, or just chill out with a good book. nearby is the gresham - fairview trail that connects to the springwater corridor trail, good for evening jogs and quiet rides. it takes about 30 minutes by bus and light rail to the center of portland.
house is a mix of people, students, foreign students, and professionals, so it's okay to have friends over for drinks, bbq, dinners and such as long as you're respectful of the others in the house.
rooms are single occupancy, have key locks, and interior privacy latches, a friend spending the night occasionally is okay, but not if it's on a regular basis. no pets or drugs allowed, smoking & 420 is outside or in pool shed. interested persons should be lgbtq friendly or at least tolerant.
drama is fine for tv, but not here.
