master bdrm available in beautiful apartment in oldtown/ chinatown, portland. unobstructed view of all the local clubs, bars, restaurants, etc. from my corner-unit. check it out from the balcony and soak it in, or close the window and completely shut it out. trimet bus lines 4,8,9,35,&44 are just outside the main entry, with more around the corner. max trains yellow, green, and orange are across the street. red, and blue lines are 4 blocks away. centrally located near highways 405,26,84,30 and i-5! 5-10 minutes from psu, sat. market is blocks away, 24hr fitness is close, first thursday is right here, and more!

first and last months rent gets you in, but must be in conjunction of getting on the lease. my salary already qualified, so no worries on what you make. just provide 3 months worth of pay stubs, last year's taxes, $40 to fill out 5th ave court apartment application/submit it. i have a 15 lb. rat terrier and a mellow fat-cat. if you have pets check out their website for more info, but i think it's a $300 pet deposit, if approved. i could tell you how to get your pet certified and possibly get around fees they might charge. physicalindependence at g-mail dot com.
