i have a room available for rent starting dec 1st in the montavilla neighborhood close to mt. tabor. its a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath apartment. bus transportation is just around the corner and within walking distance to fred meyers, restaurants, and coffee shops. my roommate recently got married and is moving out of state by the end of november. pets are not allowed and smoking outside only. i am looking for someone quite that will pay on time every month and wont cause any problems. i work 8-5:30 mon-fri and get up very early to get up to go to work. being clean and tidy in the common shared spaces is a must! split rent is $750.00 if you are interested please let me know a bit about yourself, rental history, current employment, etc....
