$750 plus utilities (your share would be about $200+) and deposit. large, unfurnished, private room in the basement. 15'x15'. mostly private bathroom. month to month. temporary ok. double occupancy is an additional $500 plus 1/3 utilities. can discuss furnishings if needed.

looking for nonsmoker, drug free, ok with a vegetarian kitchen, pet free, child free, clean, quiet, respectful, mostly scent free (no scented lotions, perfumes, heavy soaps, air fresheners. i'm still finding out what i can tolerate).

common areas include: kitchen, living room, dining room, family room, laundry room, large yard with room to garden, possible use of greenhouse. no cable tv but i have basic comcast internet.
plenty of street parking.

i am a female professional with 3 rescue cats. i'm fairly quiet but i do like to entertain friends in my basement bar and occasionally host parties. my taste is vintage macabre mixed in with tiki and hot rod. i am lgbt friendly and an animal lover but my house is not child friendly and i cherish my quiet space.

must pass background and credit checks (doesn't have to be perfect but you should be stable and reliable) since you will be living in my home. students ok, co-signer ok.
