married couple living in cedar hills in a vintage townhome close-in to downtown and our place is walking distance to a transit center. we have a people-friendly cat who unfortunately doesn't like other animals. we have a w and d in our own basement, so some storage is available. it is a shared bath, and the room has a queen sized bed if needed. we are clean and ask that roommate shares in cleaning of bathroom and kitchen. must go through a background and credit check with the complex. rent includes water and garbage, electric and wifi will be split evenly each month. this is for one person only, it is a small space.if you are interested, we can send you our couchsufing profile, as we have hosted several travelers as well as been hosted. looking at the profile will give you an idea what we are like and that we are easy to get along with.
