i have a room available in my four-bedroom in a current all black house hold (fyi).located walking distance from pcc south east center, near 82nd and division. people currently in the house is my self 25 year old male my girl friend and my other roommate 30 year old male. rent is $500 a month including utility's. because of past roommate not paying rent on time i am going to have to stress that if you pay late you will be gone unless we work something before rent is due. the house has 2 living rooms ,attached garage, and a nice little backyard. the house is two stories with all four bedrooms upstairs. looking for some one who can help keep a clean house. everyone here is 420 friendly so you also must be. must be able to prove that you have an income of some kind. whether it be a job or however else you getting paid. sorry if you have already hit me up about this ...... please hit me up if you are ready to rent now!
