i am looking for a nonsmoking housemate in my house that i own, close to warner pacific college and mt tabor.

need someone who is quiet, moderately clean, and considerate.
i'm easy to get along with, and i spend a lot of time in my bedroom reading. win/win for you. :)
i work 12 hours on saturday and sunday, so you would have the house to yourself on weekends.

i have one dog, charley, and i would like the new person to have a dog so we can share dog care.
i can take your dog out during the week around 3pm m-f, and then you could take mine out on the weekend when i am gone 13 hours on sat. and sun.

i have one couch, one computer desk, and a tv in living area so there is ample room for other furniture.

i have a brand new beautiful samsung washer/dryer downstairs that you can use.
gas stove and lots of kitchen and general cupboard/shelf space-

there is a raised bed in back yard if gardening is an interest, but it needs alot of work.
back yard is fully fenced.

$625/month
+ small portion of water bill (every 3 months $25-30-i can explain)

i pay the gas bill, electric, garbage.

off street parking available in my driveway!

first and last ($1250) plus $200 deposit for move -in
