bedroom for rent in four bedroom apartment (share with three lovely ladies ;)). apartment located on first floor and basement of a converted family home, easy walking distance to maine med and usm. freshly painted, lovely hardwood floors, lots of light and lots of storage space. we have our own washer and dryer, two entrances, sun room, living room, large kitchen and entertainment/work/office area to share. we are 1 self-employed interior design/landscape artist, 1 artsy semi-asst to latter lady as well as temp/sales gal and 1 marine biology student...she's a scientist!- ages 20 somethin' to thirty somethin'...our schedules can be somewhat erratic, but we find time to share some meals and enjoy sitting on the porch w/the neighbors! 2 of us smoke clove cigs but only in basement/outdoors- not common areas. rent is $500 per month everything included. we have wifi- no cable tv currently but could add in future...we do have pets- 1 cat and 1 small dog...so no more pets preferred. first and last month's rent and renters' application required. room available asap- contact us for an interview today!
