laid back 27 yr old male looking for a room mate to live in exceptionally large 1 bedroom apartment. i consider myself an affable, easygoing person with a penchant for it matters.on-site laundry room downstairs, off street parking/plowing, actual rent is $800 not including electricity (heating included). the 2 other expense's to be split are netflix and cable internet. the total monthly charge is usually about $450 per person, and hd tv, wii, pc, dvd player, foreman grill, coffee maker, and other accessories will be shared. quiet, beautiful neighborhood about 5 mins from downtown portland. need to find roommate by september 30th so inquires for pics+more details should be emailed to [email protected] asap...thanks for taking the time to read!
