i have always had roommates....14 to be precise. i have had both male and female, couples, one family with a newborn, messy people, irresponsible people, scary people and occasionally some great people. i am done with roommates who don't know how to do dishes, or who don't know that when the garbage is full it needs to be taken out, or not know about the 'last beer rule' in the fridge. having a roommate is about making life easier, not harder. so if you know what i am talking about- read on, otherwise thank you for your time. me: i am currently a working professional, about to be full time student in a couple months. i spend a most of my days split between work and competitive sports practices so i am away more often than not. i live in a 1500 sq ft house on a caul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. i live 2 min from the lake, 10 min from the southworth ferry to seattle, and about 5 min to the store. rent 500 for the master bed and bath, plus small share of utilities. if you are still interested please get in touch. thanks, john
