father and 17yo son have a spare room to rent in a 3 bedroom home outside of town on 2 acres. all utilities paid. fenced back yard for pets. pet doors for access to the house. plenty of open land for a garden, etc. home is located south of port orchard off of mullenix rd., 1 mile from the freeway. quiet, private location with easy highway access. the 2 acre lot is bordered/surrounded by trees with the house located in the middle of the lot. the bedroom is not very big, but it has a closet and cable is provided for your tv. i'm looking for someone to share the house with. there's plenty of room with a family room, living room with wood stove, dining room and eating area in the kitchen. it is a 3 bdrm, 2 1/2 bath home with a washer/dryer. small children are welcome as long as they share your room because there aren't any other bedrooms.
