looking for a roommate in playa del rey to share a 1000 sq. foot unit. this first floor condo is in the midst of being completely renovated and will be ready to rent on april 1st. this unit will feature a sleek modern design and new bamboo floors throughout. you will have your own private bedroom and bathroom. laundry is in the unit and there is a possibility of having your own covered, secured parking spot. unit is about 1 mile from the ocean, awesome playa del rey shops and restaurants, 10 minutes from lax, and 5 miles from google!
i am looking for a quiet roommate who keeps regular hours and is very clean.
cleanliness is very important. no smoking in the unit. i would prefer a female roommate but i'm open to male roommates. no live-in partners or guests allowed unless previously discussed. i am a voice actress with multiple jobs and looking for another hard working individual.
rent will be $1400/mo including utilities and internet. your room will not be furnished, but the shared spaces (living/dining room and kitchen) will. you will be provided with a garage fob and gate key, however any lost keys will be your responsibility to replace.
