i have a bedroom for rent in my home in east plantation. included in the 850 rent is electricity water internet wifi and tv. the bath is down the hall and is also used as the bathroom when i have guest in my home. the kitchen and laundry is included however i do expect for my renter to keep his or her bathroom clean as well as clean up after themselves when they have used the kitchen. i'm a fairly quiet gay male who works different hours every day but i am always home in the evenings. guests are allowed overnight but not more then 3 nights a week. i also have a 35lb dog at the house who is almost 10 and loves everyone.
