i'm a 36 year old single father who has partial custody (mostly weekends) of a 19 month old very well behaved beautiful little girl. i have a 3 bedroom/2.5 bath home in the quiet eastern part of plainfield. my second bedroom (12x10, window facing northeast, and ceiling fan)is open to a roommate. second bathroom is only used for my daughter when she is with me, so it's basically a private bath. i have a nice yard that is great for sitting out in during the summer. i also have a very sweet year old male silver lab. i'm including wireless internet/cable (hd/dvr box)/and all utilities. no games or immature people. i'm laid back and respective of boundaries. male or female roommates are welcome. i plan on doing some minor improvements over time. i can also offer a garage spot, if desired, for a smaller vehicle. i'm open to negotiating term and flexible.
