i am a single 51 year old professional female looking for a professional female roommate to share my 2 bedroom/2 bath apartment in pineville. i am young at heart and consider myself "young" as opposed to "middle aged". i would prefer someone between the ages of 30 to 60.

i am offering the master bedroom and bathroom with full use of the rest of the home. i keep a neat home and would prefer someone who does not mind picking up after themselves.

i have an elderly female indoor dog and a "mostly outdoor" cat that recently adopted me. the apartment complex is older but well situated and i have a lovely view of the grounds from my balcony. there is a washer and dryer and a wood burning fireplace. the bedroom is unfurnished and has a large walk-in closet. the bathroom is ready for use with all amentities.

the rent is $350 per month which includes all utililities. i have cable in alll of the rooms but do not have internet access. however, there is wi-fi internet in the apartment complex's main office which is open 7 days a week.

i am a cigarette smoker. i would prefer the same or someone who does not mind smoking.

i am asking for $350 deposit and $350 first months rent to move in. this would be a month to month arrangement. please contact me if interested.
