available immediately:a bedroom in a beautiful, spacious condo near mt. washington. the property has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, living room, dinning room, kitchen and a balcony with a view on the pool. the bedroom is furnished just as the rest of the condo. there are only 2 bills that need to paid outside of rent: comcast & bge ( electricity only), they are usually split between 3 bedrooms.

month-to-month lease , although a longer term is a possible option.
