hi, i live in an end unit townhouse in upper pike creek and am looking for a roommate that wants peace and quiet environment. it's about a 10-15 minute drive from ud and right near goldy beacom college. very safe/good area and family neighborhood. the backyard backs directly to the three little bakers golf course so it is very quiet and the perfect study environment. you're not renting a room, but an entire floor! you'll have your own bedroom (18' by 14'), living room (19' by 14'), kitchenette, and a full private bathroom all to yourself! the living room has a private entrance that lets out to the backyard patio so you have your own way in and out or you can use the front door if you'd prefer. you'll also have full access to the main floor living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room, and deck. the price includes electric, water, heat, cable fios, internet wireless, washer, and dryer so it's just one easy check per month. please email me with any question and information about yourself as well as when you are free to set up an appointment to come look at the place. preference to laid back/respectful, clean, non smoker. will consider pets. let me know if you have any questions. thank you!
