the house is really perfect for a student. full access to laundry, kitchen, bathroom, pool, workout room. we have wifi n 300mbps with a 25mbps cable internet connection. pet might be ok.
we are looking for someone that is very serious about their studies. we are very understanding of the pressures of attending a challenging school. we keep a calm and quiet house. we don't have children. just a very happy puppy and a very happy kitty.
your room will be 10x12 with a very high ceiling. we have a shed in the back of the house if you need extra storage. you will have to share a bath for a little bit.
