i have a 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment located on 35th & bell.

rent is $500 a month, that includes utilities. i'm a pretty quite, laid back & down to earth individual. i am a female, so i do prefer another female roommate, around the same age. i don't party, this isn't a party house. i am a very clean person & like to keep a clean house. i do attend church on sunday's, though religion etc. bares no influence on my decision, i find it best to be open. unfortunately, there are no pets allowed on the property, so no pets. we have 2 onsite laundry places, as well as 2 pools. it's a decent area, it's quiet where i am located. there is an assigned parking space available as well.
