you get; a private, 9' x 10' bedroom, (including full sized bed) and a flat screen tv wall mount, (no tv). the bedroom has an attached, (newly remodeled) bathroom. the house also includes an inside washer and dryer, covered parking, and home-security video system. it is a secure location; close to hiking and a public park, . . .you also get great personal space, or social interaction (if you so choose). office space (if needed), and a supportive housemate. it's a great living environment with lots of amenities.
