includes large walk-in closet, large ensuite bath with garden tub & separate shower.
there's some extra storage around the house as well for boxes & odds and ends that you can use.
you'll have lots of space here because there will be only the two of us living here (that's also why it costs more than most places that have 3 or 4 people in the house).
rent is $700 plus a flat $200 for all utilities and hi-speed internet.
seeking one clean, quiet, considerate, responsible person, male or female, to share a 2400 sq ft single level home in a newer, safe, upscale neighborhood.. you must be financially reliable and be able to prove source of income. there will be a fully refundable damage deposit due upon move in.
no tobacco smokers (not even outside), no couples, no heavy drinkers. i'm sensitive to strong scents (ie. heavy perfumes, strong cleansers, incense)
it is a split plan, so our rooms are well separated. your private entrance is a french door leading to the back patio, so you could come and go that way if you have unusual hours. large, eat- in kitchen, laundry room, large walled-in backyard. there is a whole house water softener and ro system in the kitchen for clean drinking and cooking water. the there is a large area to plant a garden if you'd like and you're welcome to do so.
i'm a clean, quiet, friendly, educated older male who is considerate and respectful of other people's belongings and environment and pays his bills on time. i expect the same of you. i rarely have anyone over. someone 30 or older would be preferable, however younger would be fine depending on the person.
dogs: i have a 10 yr old labrador mix that is exceptionally well behaved, very quiet easy to live with. your dog is welcome providing he/she is well behaved and gets along with mine.
