i need to find a roommate for my current roommate to replace me. the apartment is on the 2nd floor of a gated community in north phoenix off of 7th st and thunderbird. my roommate currently is mark. he is a professional and student so he is never home which is great its just like living by yourself! its a nice size room and adjacent bathroom. we do require that whoever rents the apartment signs on the lease with mark till september 2010. please email me asap! the apartment is about 1000 sqft with 2br 2 ba with great eastern views. everything is very clean and he just asks that you be tidy. the room has furniture already and i am asking for 400 for everything ( queen size pillow top, real wood large drawers, side table and lamp). but if you prefer your furniture let me know. the room can be available as soon as possible. any questions feel free to email me!
