we have a bedroom that is available for rent, we were using this as a spare but now we have the built in shelving in the garage so it is no longer needed!the bedroom has wood floors and the bathroom that is available is the guest bath in the home (right across the hall).
about the home:
located in the wonderful tatum highlands subdivision, minutes to the 101 & desert ridge marketplace. lot's of hiking or bike trails near by.
1800 sq ft, 4 bedroom, high ceilings throughout, very beautiful! we have 2 dogs and a cat, so please no more pets, but if you absolutely need it then maybe a friendly dog will be accepted under conditions.
about us:
we are 2 young professionals who work during the day. we are a very quiet couple who enjoy vacationing, cooking, movies, and of course the outdoors!
details:
male or female ok, age between 23-30. must be clean, no drugs!
rent is $375 per month, this can be month to month, but our lease is good until january 2011.
wireless internet, hd tv are installed, you will be required to pay 1/3 of these services. (roughly $25 a month)
utilities (water, electricity & gas) are also 1/3 requirement to pay.
landscaping is done professionally every 3 months, we will pay for this.
house cleaner comes 1x a month for a deep clean, we also will pay for this
