i am looking for a female roommate to move with me into the apartment complex arcadia del sol. the floor plan that i am interested in is a 1200 sq/ft, 2 bathroom 2 bedroom 2 story townhouse with a patio. it is located at 44th st and indian school road. the rent is 700 per month with some utilities included, so 350 per person. security deposit is 250 so 125 per person. there is free, covered, assigned parking and a free (coinless) laundry mat on site.
i have 2 cats that cannot be locked up in my room, but i will keep the litter box in there. one is a cornish rex and the other is a domestic long-hair but i have him shaved so neither of them shed.
i am looking to move as soon as possible.
