i’m a young professional male who recently moved into a two bedroom apartment in the central phoenix area. ideally, i would like someone who works in the airline industry like me, but it’s not a must.the apartment is a two bedroom, two bathroom suite style, that’s just over 1,000 square feet. the rooms are on opposite sides, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen separating them. the bedroom is ten by twelve with a large bathroom attached to it. inside the bathroom is a linen closet as well as a walk-in closet, with additional storage under the dual sinks.
as far as common areas go, i’m still in the process of furnishing the living room and dining area, but the kitchen is all set up. there’s also a large in-unit laundry closet with a new washer a d dryer.
the complex is a gated community and is only a couple years old. in the front office/club house there is a business center, pool table, community kitchen, and sitting areas with large flat screen tvs. those are all open to residents during office hours. there is also a fitness center, pool, large grills and a nice outdoor sitting area by the pool, which are all open 24 hours to residents.
the location is great. its minutes away from sky harbor airport, downtown phoenix, scottsdale, and asu. it’s off of the 202, so it has quick access to major highways.
rent would be $550 plus half of electricity, so your rent would range between $575 and $625.
i’m looking for someone who is responsible, has a job, and is clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. i want to find a roommate as soon as possible, but at the same time i’m not in a huge rush to where i have to rent it out to just anyone. i want someone that i get along with. for this to really work out, you need to be around my age too, so be 19 to 28. i’m open to living with either a guy or a girl, but would prefer a guy. orientation doesn’t matter to me.
