2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment on 27th avenue and northern needs a room mate for the second room. room has it's own bedroom and walk in closet. there's plenty of privacy as the room is on the complete opposite side of the apartment. i'm asking for $315 a month (half the rent) plus half the utilities (water, electricity, and half the internet if it's shared. i have a router if we agree to share).

the kitchen is spacious, wood modeled, has an island and a microwave installed over the oven.

there is a dishwasher, washer and dryer.

no drugs allowed. smoking's fine as long as it's outside (there's a front patio).
